Structured training that builds strength, endurance and control.
Many studios change their workouts often to make things feel fresh. We think that’s the wrong approach.
Progress comes from structure. The body adapts and gets stronger through repetition, progression and intentional programming, not constant variation. That’s how effective training works. So, it’s how we train.
Every session uses the reformer, tower, and stability chair to train the full body with purpose, targeting specific muscle groups and rotating focus throughout the week for balanced development and recovery.
Each week cycles through:
Classes follow a structured monthly cycle so your body has time to adapt, progress, and get stronger.
This way, instead of starting over every time you walk into class, your training builds from one session to the next.

Fire Pilates Club began with a question:
Why don’t group Pilates classes train the body the way the body actually learns and gets stronger?
I grew up in structured sports and later earned a Division 1 scholarship to play in college. Every coach I had taught me the same thing: skill and strength come from structure, repetition and progression.
When I started taking Pilates classes around LA, I couldn’t find a studio that trained this way. Classes felt challenging in the moment, but had no connection to each other. There was no progression or system—nothing compounding over time.
That didn’t make sense to me.
So I got STOTT Pilates certified, studied how the body responds to training, and built the program I’d been looking for. Every class at Fire Pilates Club follows a four-week progressive cycle, targeting specific muscle groups, building on the session before, and designed to develop strength and endurance over time.
This is what Pilates looks like when it’s treated like training.
